Never ever go with Goibibo, it is a scam with ZERO customer support. I had horrible experience on multiple point while travelling US to INDIA.
1. They change the flight without my consent and the worst part is that you can not reachout to goibibo customer support.
2. While returning form INDIA to USA goibibo change the baggage allowance, even though the initial ticket has 2 check-in baggange and at the time of travel they changed it to Zero.
This is like a fraud that they keep cheating customers, never ever rely on third party websites they are scammers.

Such rude people to talk to. No one tends to understand what the problem is. On top of that the customer service agent threatens not to give her a call about the refund while talking to me and in the email as well.
At least the KLM airline guys are far better in understanding the customer’s issue and trying to help out.
Pathetic service by Goibibo.
I booked the tickets for 4 passengers from Mumbai to seattle and ended up loosing my money because of their pathetic service.
Save your selves people and never trust these guys.
After taking more than 8 days of time, no solution from their end.
They also took a decision with out even talking to me or informing me about it..

Aug 16, 2024First I thought this is good app to book bus, train and hotel, I booked train ticket from Delhi to Pune on 14th August through Goibibo, and ticket got cancelled from IRCTC bcz didn’t got confirmed, so Goibibo deducted rupees.1610. for no reason, and I m trying to reach them out, but can’t sound like it doesn’t exist, so I suggest you don’t book anything from Goibibo app they are fraud eating your for no reason, and still they didn’t refund my money back. Pathetic service

Aug 17, 2024This review serves as a WARNING to anyone considering using Goibibo for their travel bookings. Our recent experience was an absolute nightmare! We were initially enticed by their advertised prices for a 3-adult and 1-child trip, only to be slapped with unexpected charges upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel told us that our booking was for 3 people only.
We were told to pay an additional $60 PER DAY for the extra child on top of what we had already paid Goibibo!
Angered and frustrated, we contacted Goibibo's customer service for help. Their response? Utter indifference. They refused to acknowledge the misleading price or offer any form of refund. This left us stranded with a significantly higher bill and a ruined vacation. I highly recommend using Agoda not this piece of poop

Advertisement Aug 22, 2024I want to share my terrible experience with Indian Railways and IRCTC so that others don’t fall into the same trap. I booked a train ticket through Goibibo for a journey from Ludhiana to Jaipur on 27th April 2024 (PNR No: 2412701792). Not only was the train delayed by an entire day, but neither IRCTC nor Goibibo informed me about it. I waited at the station for 2 hours before I found out via Google that the train was delayed by 24 hours.
I immediately filed a TDR to get a refund, and Goibibo told me to wait for 3 months—an absurd amount of time! After months of chasing, calling, and emailing, my TDR was eventually rejected without any valid reason. Now they tell me that IRCTC can't do anything if the particular department rejects it. This is outright fraudulent and shows a complete lack of responsibility and accountability.
If you’re thinking of using Indian Railways or IRCTC, don’t. They have robbed countless people by not refunding for delayed trains, and if you’re unlucky enough to actually get on the train, be prepared for overbooking chaos. There’s no authenticity, no customer service, and absolutely no respect for your time or hard-earned money. You’re better off taking a sleeper bus, a shared taxi, or anything else but NOT Indian Railways.
To top it off, Goibibo doesn't take any responsibility either. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I urge everyone to stay away from these services.

Aug 5, 2024I had a worst experience with Goibibo recently with booking (Goibibo IDGH25129222627852). Raised complaint on the cleanliness in the hotel and there was no resolution provided by the customer support executive from Goibibo.
Due to that I had to sleep overnight without Air conditioning . Cockroaches were freely roaming in the room. I am not sure on what basis hotel has been branded under "goStays". Please stop cheating customers and waste customer's time & effort and money and at the end sleepless nights. Thank you very much for making my trip memorable.(negative side)

May 16, 2024Booked an e-ticket for my mother from Madras to Colombo in May 2024. Since booking, I did not receive an e-ticket after payment confirmation. Unable to download e ticket after multiple attempts. Tried to request e-ticket to my email and mobile number but did not receive the same. Tried contacting the airlines directly and requested for the e ticket, but airlines refused to send me the e-ticket as booked via Go Ibibo. Not able to reach a human in customer support as only receiving basic automated messages.
Please do not use goibibo to book tickets as very poor customer support.

Jun 7, 2024I booked a trip that had 5 travelers on it. 2 of them had to cancel due to medical reasons. Goibibo asked me to contact the airline and I did. The airlines split the PNE into 2 parts and refunded the cancelled ones to Goibibo and asked me to collect the refund from goibibo. Goibibo makes it very difficult to find a way to get help and when I was finally able to reach via email they chose to pretend to not understand my ask and then stopped responding. They never returned the money.

You are gone if you are out of reach, abroad, without a working India phone, and have only access to the internet. How ridiculous is it to require a phone number each time you log in?
Guys, wake up. If you own one of the biggest booking websites, you need to comprehend or pick up knowledge from others.

Updated May 13, 2023I booked hotel for my friends on 25th Apr'23 for one day stay at Treebo Trend Castle Rock Inn, Mumbai. Goibibo ID : HTLDVAY98V7LQF8H. We are unable to get GST invoice for the same. We are unable to contact customer care too. We are really struggling to get GST invoice from MHC company which is very surprising.
PROBLEM SOLVED:
I used twitter to contact Goibibosupport. Within 2 hrs of time they resolved the issue. Thanks for quick support
